- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've had bad experiences with the practice, but i have also had really good ones. What people need to appreciate is the surgery is struggling to cope with the sheer amount of patients it has. I called today and yes It was ringing for a good 5 mins, but when I got through the receptionist was very empathetic, polite and helpful. She also told me that if i struggle to get through they have an on-line service that can book and cancel appointments and request repeat prescriptions.
